In this video tutorial, JB from Uniq Tutorials demonstrates how to convert emails from Gmail into PDF on a Windows computer. First, open a web browser and log into Gmail. Then, select the email you want to convert to PDF and click on the printer icon at the top right corner. A new window will appear, allowing you to select the option to save as PDF. If you don't see the option, click on the arrow to reveal it. Follow the prompts to save the email as a PDF file.

Various factors could prevent your PDF file from attaching, such as constraints on file size, an unreliable or sluggish internet connection, incompatible file name or format, complications with an email client or server, limitations due to document security settings, and firewall configurations.
Since Gmail provides an email server, you can connect it to any email client that supports the IMAP protocol to send and receive emails. That includes Microsoft Mail.
Open Gmail and click Compose to draft your email. Click on the Insert files using Drive icon to choose a PDF from Google Drive.
Share PDFs from Microsoft Edge. When youre ready to share your PDF, open the document in Edge and follow these instructions: Select Share from the Settings and more dropdown menu in the top-right corner. Either click Copy Link to copy the URL to your clipboard, then paste it in your desired location.
Follow the stepwise guide to export Gmail email to a PDF file using the print option. Firstly, log in to your Gmail account with your ID or password. Then, select any email that you want to export. Go to the three- dots and choose the Print option. Opt for the Save as PDF option from the drop-down menu.
If the PDFs are hosted already (just click and download), then you can just include a link to them in the body of the message. If you want to attach them to the email, you need to download the raw data of the PDF first.
Attach a file On your computer, go to Gmail. Click Compose. At the bottom, click Attach . Choose the files you want to upload. Click Open.
