To submit your Overtime Request form. Open the marinschools.org webpage. Hover your mouse over the FOR MARIN COE STAFF tab and click on timesheet. Log in using your MCOE provided username and password. This login is identical to your computer login. If you are redirected to the staff resource directory, click on the timesheet link once more. Within the employee dashboard, click on the link labeled timesheets, leave, OT, located on the left side of the window. Make sure to select the Over Time link located at the top of the Window. The link below displays requests made prior to July first 2021. Click the new item button to create a new Over Time request form. Please remember to include the pay period month and year, along with the date, time, total amount of hours requested, and the reason for the request. Once you are ready to submit your request, make sure the status is set to Forward to Supervisor then click Save.
