To send certified mail, you'll need a certified mail form and a return receipt. Call University Prints and Mail Services for these supplies. For mailing, fill the thin white strip on top of the certified mail form and place it in box two on the return receipt. For small envelopes, position the certified mail form at the top center and leave a 3.5-inch space at the top right for postage. Fill out the certified mail form with the delivery address, making sure to include your school or department name in the "official use" box. Address the return receipt with the recipient's name and address in box one and check "certified mail" in box three. Finally, include the return address on the back side of the return receipt for it to be mailed back after delivery.
