when youre assigned a ticket you receive an email notification to get to that ticket from the dashboard double-click on the number next to my work and then on the ticket that you want to work on and the ticket will open in the status box near the top left youre going to click on the next link here to move the ticket through the workflow in this case click next begin work and thats going to move this into the in progress status and in the pop ups about saving changes say yes I should work on a ticket most of your updates will be made here in this bottom section where you see these tabs each of these tabs you can click on to access different tools and information there is a divider here you can click to drag this up and give yourself a little more room here you can add simple notes about maybe having left a voicemail or having docHubed out to the customer in the tech journals tab just click on the new journal note and then in the details add the information that you want to notate and
