In this video tutorial, a training team member explains how to use the system for faxing. There are two methods to access the send fax tool: through the dock tab in the patient account or via the old medical records report if the dock tab isn't available. To fax notes for individual patient claims, open the patient account and click on the dock tab. If the dock tab isn't set up, contact your coach or use the all medical records report found in the faxes section. Once in the dock tab, select the notes you wish to fax by clicking on them; you can select multiple notes by holding the shift key while selecting the desired range.
