how are we doing its cca nick follow me on instagram at nick venti if you enjoy this content give me a thumbs up dont treat me like a 204b over here so i was told im going to talk about discipline which is article 16 of the national agreement uh i was told the two most common grievances which i was on the phone with my higher up union they told me if if youre gonna study the contract study articles eight in article 16 those are gonna be the two most common grievances youre gonna be dealing with article 8 has to deal with work hours and overtime overtime grievance is going to be the most common one thats what i was told then the second would be discipline grievances which has to do with article 16 so i wanted to read a section 2 of article 16 which has to do with discipline because this has happened to me before and if its a minor offense they have to management has to bring you in to give you a verbal warning so im gonna read section two it says for minor offenses by an employ
