Requirements include a Documents account, a Sign account, and a Formstack Forms account. Begin by logging into your Formstack Documents account and selecting "New Document." You can title your document and choose to upload a Microsoft Document, Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, or PDF, or start with an example template or the Document Builder. The rental application will be built in the Document Builder, and you'll select how to deliver the populated document, including saving to Formstack's cloud storage, Stash, and collecting application signatures.
