Notifications are used to email users in real time whenever a rule is broken and an exception is generated. To set up notifications, Start by navigating to Rules and Groups - then Rules. All of the stock Rules have a mail icon on the far right. To add an email recipient click the icon, then add email. The default email template will display the vehicle name and device serial number, the rule broken, and the date and time; or users can create a custom template and select it from the drop-down. Next click on the email box to see a list of users in the database and select the recipient.
