The tutorial demonstrates three methods to convert Excel sheets or files into PDF, including using the shortcut key Ctrl + P to bring up Print Preview options and selecting Microsoft Print to PDF. Users can choose to print the active sheet, entire workbook, or a selection of cells.

Click File Save as. In the Save As dialog window, select PDF (. *pdf) from the Save as type drop-down list. If you want to view the resulting PDF file after saving, make sure the Open file after publishing check box is selected.
Right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar, usually at the top of the window. Select More Commands. In the Choose commands from dropdown, select File Tab. Find and select Email as PDF Attachment.
To save multiple sheets in an Excel workbook as a PDF: Open your Excel workbook. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Click on the tabs of the sheets you want to save as a PDF. Go to File in the top left corner. Choose Save As. Select the location where you want to save the file.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum. Click Options and adjust settings, including the area to publish. Click OK. Name the file and click Publish.
To print a spreadsheet to PDF and send it to email in Excel 365, you can follow these steps: Click on File in the top left corner of the Excel window. Click on Export and then select download as PDF. Download location where you want to save the PDF file and give it a name.
How to Share an Excel File on PC or Mac Open the workbook you want to share. Click the Review menu. Click Share Workbook. Allow multiple people to make changes at once. Click the Advanced tab. Set the workbook to save automatically. Click OK. Save the file.
Choose File Print. Click the down arrow of the PDF pop-up menu, then do one of the following: Save the PDF to iCloud Drive: Choose Save to iCloud Drive. Send the PDF via email: Choose Send in Mail, type an email address in the To field, enter a message if you want, then click Send.
Export to PDF On a Mac Go to File Save As to open a pop-up box for saving the Excel document. Next to File Format, at the bottom of that window, choose PDF. Take note of the options just below the format selection drop-down box. Select Save to convert the Excel file to PDF on your Mac.
