Choose the survey for which you want to issue a certificate.2. Scroll to the Survey Permissions section and select who can take the survey. Session-level permission allows for session-specific surveys and certificates. 3. In the Survey Settings, find the Completion Acknowledgement Email section. Toggle on the option to send a survey completion acknowledgement email and fill in the required details. 4. Ensure to check the box to attach the attendance certificate PDF from the Word template.
