so if you want to send the file as an attachment to email then what you can simply do after you open up a pdf document like this is go on to the mail option right here so once you go there you can see that there are two options so you can see that theres webmail and theres default email application microsoft outlook so lets start with outlook right here and then here i can choose whether i want to go ahead with attaching a file or attaching a link let me just turn this off right here and see what happens so if i were to hit next and uh now what happens is that my email client that is outlook which i chose loads up and over here you can see that the pdf document is attached as um as a file right here i can close this out and im just going to say no now lets see the other options im just going to go around on to mail and then im going to click on attach a link and then im going to hit next right here and once i do that now the email will load up in a different format so instead
