To send certified mail, you need a certified mail form and return receipt from University prints & mail services. Follow these steps: 1. Fill out certified mail form and place in box two on return receipt. 2. Label small envelopes with certified mail form on top center, leaving space for postage. 3. Write delivery address in form, including school or department name. 4. Address return receipt with recipient's name and check certified mail in box three. 5. Address back of return receipt with return address for receipt after delivery and signature.
