To send certified mail, you'll need a certified mail form and a return receipt. Contact University Prints and Mail Services for these supplies. For small envelopes, fill out the thin white strip on the certified mail form and place it in box two on the return receipt. Position the certified mail form on the top center of the envelope, leaving a 3.5-inch space in the top right corner for postage. Fill in the delivery address on the certified mail form, ensuring to include your school or department name in the "official use" box. On the return receipt, write the recipient’s name and address in box one, check "certified mail" in box three, and provide the return address on the back for receipt mailing after delivery.
