To streamline sending contracts and invoices, first link the documents together and send them in one email. Begin by creating a contract and invoice for the same client. You'll receive a notification on your screen when both documents are ready. To link them, go to the contract in your studio, click on the desired contract, and select "link these documents." Then, choose the appropriate invoice and click "link invoice." A new button will appear; click "send documents" to edit the email details, including the subject and body. Once satisfied, click send. You can later confirm the email's delivery and if the client has accessed the documents through the studio email.
