To efficiently send a contract and invoice to a client, first link the documents and send them in one email. Start by creating a contract and an invoice with the same contact. In the invoice or contract, notifications will appear at the bottom. To link, go to the studio contract, select the contract to link, and then choose the corresponding invoice. Click "link invoice" to connect them. At the top, a new button will appear; click "send documents" to edit the email, including the subject, button text, and body. Once satisfied, click send.
