In the last video, we covered creating reminders. Today’s tutorial focuses on creating a quote. Start by accessing the contact list to search for the customer. Once selected, click the quotes icon, which displays past quotes. In the top right corner, you can create a new quote for the customer. Enter essential information including the customer’s name, the number of people, order type (pickup, dining, or delivery), current callback number, and payment method. On the right, specify the pickup or delivery date, time, special instructions, and the person taking the order. After entering this data, scroll down to list the order items. For example, if the customer wants a super deluxe barbecue bar, select this option and specify their meat choices.
