You can upload your documents through MyFile. If you need to send documents via mail, you can click here for the Office of Admissions mailing address and contact information. A review of an applicants holistic academic profile, from high-school to the present, is undertaken when making admission decisions.

Official transcripts must come to our office directly from the education institution in an unopened, institutionally sealed envelope. Documents become the property of York University and will not be returned. Please ensure you have a copy for your records.
Send Us Your Transcripts Once you are admitted and have completed your senior year of coursework, you can have your official high school transcripts sent to: Office of Admissions. The University of Arizona. PO Box 210073. Tucson, AZ 85721. Official electronic transcripts can be submitted to admissions@arizona.edu.
Provide the following documentation in support of your application to first-year studies: Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions you attended, including those attended as a visiting student on exchange or on a study abroad program. Official LSAT score(s) Personal Statement.
Preliminary results can be submitted by a student, counsellor, or agent via our Online Document Upload form (this is the preferred submission method). Educational institutions that are unable to use the document upload form can email your transcript to admdocs@queensu.ca (including MyCreds).
You cant personally provide the transcript because it must be an official transcript received directly from your high school. If a college does accept unofficial transcripts, you can request one from your guidance counselor and send it yourself.
We will email you with a decision approximately 5-7 business days after submitting your application as an interest student. For other application types, we will email you 5-7 business days after we receive your supporting documentation from your To Do List.
Official transcripts are required for verification purposes and to officially transfer any college credit to the university. If youre having trouble obtaining your official transcript, please contact the University of Arizona Office of Undergraduate Admissions at (520) 621-3237 or admissions@arizona.edu.
