hi welcome to clinic sources micro training videos today were going to discuss how to manually create an invoice im going to go ahead and log in to clinic source to manually create an invoice what youre going to want to do is navigate to billing and click on the invoice tab at the upper left hand side you can create a new invoice with the yellow piece of paper and up the green plus key when the invoice page opens you have the ability to select the patient as well as the responsible party please keep in mind that the patient needs to have an uninvoiced treatment in order to manually create an invoice down below once you select the patient and responsible party youll see all the outstanding treatments that have not yet been invoiced simply select the treatment youd like to invoice and apply it to the invoice once the treatment drops down youll see the date of service any kind of modifier information as well as your rates associated to the specific payer selected off the far right
