In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to make PDF files searchable on a computer or smartphone. They show the process on a PC, but mention that it is the same for smartphones. By using an online OCR tool called 2pdf, you can convert a non-searchable PDF into a searchable one by uploading the file, selecting the desired language for character recognition, and then saving the converted PDF. This allows you to easily search for words and text within the document. If you found the tutorial helpful, the presenter encourages viewers to like, share, and subscribe.

When a PDF is opened in the Acrobat Reader (not in a browser), the search window pane may or may not be displayed. To display the search/find window pane, use Ctrl+F.
If you want to see what PDFs are available on a particular website, follow these steps: Search for PDFs on the site only by typing filetype:pdf site:example.com (replace example.com with the desired domain). To refine your search, exclude specific words. For example: filetype:pdf site:example.com -the word.
Press Ctrl + F (or Command + F on a Mac) to open the search bar within the browser or PDF reader, and then enter the keyword you want to search for within the PDF.
