So at the end of every month or every year, I have this to look forward to. Boxes and boxes of receipts. And Im going to show you a quick five-minute hack that helped me solve my receipt problem. Lets get to it. Hi, Im Mike Mancini, helping you market, simplify, and impact your business. So Im constantly out on the run. I might go and I might pick up a lunch and Id get a receipt. Or I go somewhere to meet a client and Ive got parking and I have receipts. And Ive got receipts for this and that and just absolutely everything. But the problem was is that I literally will take all of these receipts and I will throw them in a box and then when it comes tax season, I have to go through them all. Now on top of all of these receipts, I literally probably get five or six receipts a day into my email inbox so that a lot of the times, Ill have to print those out, put them in a book and deal with all of this. And then at the end of the year, I walk into my accountants office with folders

To access this page, go to Bookkeeping then Transactions then select All Sales (Take me there), or go to Sales then select All Sales (Take me there).
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Receipts (Take me there). In the For review tab, you can review your uploaded receipts and bills. QuickBooks lets you know if it finds existing transactions in your books that match with your uploaded receipts or bills.
How to get list of sales receipts? Go to Sales from the left menu, then All sales. Click the Filter button. Choose Sales Receipts from the Type drop-down. Choose All statuses form the Status drop-down. Filter other fields, then click Apply. Mark all sales receipts, then click the Print list icon if you want to print it.
Heres how: Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the All Sales tab. Click the drop-down list for Filter. Select Sales Receipts under Type, change the date to Last Year or enter the dates in the From and To dates in the Date field. Choose the name of the customer in the drop-down list for Customer. Click Apply.
The Sales page gives you a great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices. You can also view, create, and edit sales transactions from within the page. To access this page, go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, and then select All Sales (Take me there).
