in chaos control cloud is possible to run a customer returns analysis report this is done from the returns area of the system were clicking on the return analysis icon this will open the customer returns analysis report by using the filters button we can filter by date turn reason the grid will show us the date the return was created you are in a name of the customer the code in description of the stock item the quantity originally sold how many of the salt quantity were returned and whether or not there are any items issued out in exchange the difference column shows the in value between the items being returned and any replacement items being sent out by either net loss or gained we can then see the percentage of the quantity of the items that were sold that have been returned and next we have the return reason in this case is the reason we filtered for and finally the report will tell us who the default supplier for the item is thanks for watching

How to Find Your FBA Returns Log in to Seller Central and click on REPORTS at the top of the screen. Click on the FULFILLMENT link under REPORTS. Click on RETURNS from the left side column.
To track your return: Go to Your Orders. Select View Return/Refund Status next to the order.
To view your FBA returns, navigate to Reports Fulfillment Customer Concessions FBA Returns.
Returns Report means a report totaling all credit memoranda issued and/or payments made by Buyer to customers with respect to Products in the Distribution Channel and Product Inventory that were returned to Buyer.
Click on the Reports tab in the menu at the top of the page in Amazon Seller Central. Select Fulfillment from the option in the drop-down menu. This will open a menu on the left side of the page. Looking at the menu on the left, under Customer Concessions, click FBA Customer Returns.
To check the status of your refund: Go to Your Orders. Next to the relevant order, select View Return/Refund Status.
Downloading Amazon Inventory in Seller Central Log in to Seller Central. Click Reports. Click Fulfillment. Choose from a list of all reports on the left-hand side. Click Download. Choose . txt or . csv format (youll want . csv to put it into an Excel spreadsheet)
Under Reports, select Orders. Select the time period, any relevant filters, columns, and any order invoices and documents you want to download. Enter a name for your order report. Select Download CSV.
