To find an email with an attachment that contains specific text in Outlook, use the advanced search feature. First, go to the search bar and click on the small dropdown arrow. Select the option that states "attachment contains" and enter your desired keyword, such as "e-ticket." Then hit search. This will display emails with attachments that contain the specified text. Click on the relevant email to view the attachment, confirming that the keyword is present in the document.

Where do I find my email attachments?

Look for the Attachment icon below the date the message was sent in the message list. In the message, do one of the following: Open an attachment in an app: Double-click the attachment. Preview an attachment without opening it: Select the attachment, then press the Space bar, or force click the attachment.

How do I search for PDF attachments in Outlook?

Search words within attachment (content) in Outlook Shift to the Mail view, and open the specified mail folder where you will search keywords in the attachment content only. Place the cursor in the Instant Search box to activate the Search Tools. Click Search More Attachment Contains.
