When you are ready to send a transcript, you simply sign onto your Clearinghouse secure account, upload the file, and specify the recipient (consult the registry to obtain the recipients identification number and file type). Each time you successfully upload a file, you will receive a confirmation email.
Electronic transcripts are processed and delivered generally within a few hours.
Common Application or Coalition Application International students can use the online application portal of the university to upload their transcripts. As a part of the international student application, you will be provided with the option to submit your transcripts online.
Please contact your academic institution to request that they send your academic documents to us directly to ces.transcripts@utoronto.ca.
Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms.
