Sign in to Microsoft 365, go to your OneDrive library or team site, and then click (or tap) the name of a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, or PDF document. The document opens in your browser, in Office for the web. Office for the web also opens Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF attachments in Outlook Web App.
Save an Excel spreadsheet as a CSV file In your Excel spreadsheet, click File. Click Save As. Click Browse to choose where you want to save your file. Select CSV from the Save as type drop-down menu. Click Save.
Select the Save Data button. This will save the data in your collection to your local device. Close the app.
By default, if youre signed in, files are saved to your OneDrive. If you want to save the current file somewhere else, click the Location drop-down to see additional recently-used locations. If the location you want isnt there, you can open the full Save As window by selecting More save options.
