whats happening everybody this is Hayden Adams with a designer who codes and today were talking about the business side of coding or really anything involving getting a contract signed by a customer or a client and if I want to send this to a client what I have to do is get it prepared to be sent so Im using docHub InDesign for right here but you can use any software you want as long as you convert it into a PDF and thats going to be important in the next step and also Im using InDesign because I have the whole docHub suite package which is where we have to work with speaking of PDFs so what Im going to do here is Im going to export this PDF and you can do it one of two ways in most software for docHub InDesign because its an docHub tool I can just hit command e to export it I can go right to a PDF print or interactive doesnt matter to me which one it is so I will call this one lets say client contract 007 just for the extra fun of it and whats going to happen is this doesnt m

docHub Launch Acrobat and click File and Open to open the PDF with which you would like to work. Click Tools, Protection and then Encrypt. A dialog appears asking whether you would like to change the security settings on your document. Click a compatibility level to apply to your PDF document.
How to add passwords and permissions to PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect. Select whether you want to restrict editing with a password or encrypt the file with a certificate or password. Set password or security method as desired. Click OK and then click Save.
From the menu bar select File and choose Document Properties. Use keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + D) to open Document Properties. Within the Document Properties dialog box, select the Security tab and choose the Add Security button. Select the security options you want to enable using the check-boxes and drop-down menus.
A copy of the sent agreement is also stored in your docHub Document Cloud account. The Recent section at the bottom area of the Home page lists all the agreements youve sent recently. Alternatively, to see the list of all your agreements, click Documents in the top-menu bar, and then click All Agreements.
To save a PDF, choose File Save or click the Save File icon in the Heads Up Display (HUD) toolbar at the bottom of the PDF. The Save As dialog box is displayed. Choose the location where you want to save the PDF and then click Save.
How to remove PDF passwords. Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro on Windows or Mac. Choose Tools Encrypt Remove Security. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it. If the document has a permissions password, type the correct password in the Enter Password box and then click OK.
The file save options such as View PDF, Print PDF, and Send PDF can be disabled by adding a DWORD value to the registry named disabled options at any of the standard registry locations. The options are specified using the same table as the file options.
