In this video tutorial, Morgan S explains how to change file extensions from JFIF back to JPG in Windows. Viewers are instructed to access the Registry Editor by searching "regedit" in the Windows search bar and running it as an administrator. The steps include expanding HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, then navigating through MIME and database to content type. The user must locate image/jpeg, double-click it, and change the extension type to ".jpg" in the value data field before clicking OK. After closing the registry, files can now be saved with the JPG extension. The video concludes with a request to like, share, and subscribe for future content.
