when I do a meeting in Microsoft teams Im able to record the meeting by clicking the three dots icon and choosing start recording you can see the recording icon over here on the Left indicating that it is recording and when Im done three dots stop the recording and this recording doesnt save to my computer desktop No it saves to the cloud is being saved to Microsoft stream
