hi there folks in todays demonstration Im going to show you how I built a solution using Microsoft forms and also power automate to complete Dynamic documents so here I am going and selecting different sections of the document that I either want to appear or not appear and based on that I have branching that allows me to type in various variables and make optional choices so here we can see me completing the form for my child pocket money agreement so if I submit that whats happening behind the scenes now is that power automate is going away and grabbing those sections based on the choices that I made the yeses and the nos and then populating a Word document with that data we can see on screen I have my word document my template and I either populate that data as a single text string or using repeating controls and then ultimately if we pop across onto my document Library here and open up the word document we can see the choices Ive made theyll get 50 pounds of pocket money per
