Today's tutorial will demonstrate how to sign a PDF document using a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. To begin, download docHub from its official website for free. To use a certificate-based digital signature, you will need to obtain a digital ID containing personal information such as your name, email address, issuing organization, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are utilized to sign or secure documents. To add or create a digital ID, access the edit menu, select preferences, then signatures, followed by identities and trusted certificates. Click on digital IDs and add ID to create a new digital ID by entering your information. If you already have a digital ID from your organization, you can upload the file to use for signing.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
