hey guys in this video were going to take a look at how you can turn on or turn off sign all outgoing emails for outlook or hotmail in samsung email on the samsung galaxy s 22 series first tap on the home button to go back to the home screen and from the home screen swipe up to go into the app screen and open up the samsung email app now from the inbox screen tap on the menu key then tap on settings in the email settings tap on the outlook email account or the hotmail email account then here we swipe up to go down and tap on security options now go down and tap on sign all outgoing emails turn on the toggle button to switch it on or turn it off now if it is turned on it can add a digital digital signature to all the emails using and thats it finally you can tap on the back key to go back to your email list or tap on the home button to go back to the home screen thank you for watching this video please subscribe to my channel for more videos
