Jonny: Hi everyone, Jonny here from the State Library of Victoria. Welcome to the first in a series of Tech Tips videos from us, to give you some help with all the different technology out there. Today, were going to be looking at how to digitally fill in and sign forms from home if you dont have access to a printer and a scanner. So, a lot of forms have moved online these days, which is great, but there are still some that are going to be sent to you as a Word form or a PDF and you might have to put your signature on those. So, one way you might have done that in the past is you print that out, you fill it out, sign it, scan it back in. Thats not so easy if you dont have a printer/scanner at home or if you cant go somewhere where you can get access to that equipment. It can be done at home though, with whatever device you have. If you dont add the user as an owner, the Organizational Forms Library may not appear in Outlook. Wait some time for replication to occur.
Do one of the following: To save changes to the current file, choose File Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As. In Acrobat Reader, choose File Save As or File Save As Other Text. To save a copy of a PDF Portfolio, choose File Save As Other PDF Portfolio.
To save your signed PDF document, click File Save and select a location to save the file. Open the PDF document with docHub Reader XI application. On the right side, under the Fill Sign pane, click Place Signature. In the Place Signature dialog, choose from Type my signature or Draw my signature.
From Outlooks menu bar File SaveAs. Select the destination location where the form will be saved to the desired location.
To save the form in the Outlook Folders Library, click Outlook Folders, and then click the folder where you want to save the form. To save the form in the Personal Forms Library, click Personal Forms Library. After you select the folder where you want to publish your form, click Publish.

Click the orange Done button to the top right corner. Rename your file if necessary. Print, share or save the form to your computer.

To copy a form within List view, hover to the right of the form, select More options Copy. Youll see a duplicate form at the top of your list under All My Forms. It will have the same name as your original form.
On the Insert tab, select Forms. Note: The Forms button is only available for Office 365 Education users.
The form auto-saves, a save indicator in the top left corner confirms when completed.
