everyone Nick Mehra senior territory sales manager from Manhattan I just wanted to go over an improvement that I made just in regards to sending proposals to prospect so I know a lot of times new TSMs or even existing TSMs in order to send a proposal to a prospect they end up actually printing out the proposal scanning it in and then sending it over instead of doing that theres actually a way to save it as a PDF straight from the price tool so you could save yourself a step so I just wanted to show you that real quickly so all you have to do if youre on a PC is just go ahead and you go to the proposal page the quote sheet right there at the bottom okay and then youre just gonna go to file youre going to go to save as and where it says Excel workbook youre gonna go all the way down to PDF should be similar towards the bottom right there PDF click on that could even change this right here so it says proposal and go ahead save it to your desktop alright okay so now youll see when
