hi james the purchase contract looks good i did notice a couple of things ill need you to fix the first is on line eight please note that the full purchase price should be changed to 185 000 online 77 please note the seller concessions to the buyer will be zero not 1.5 percent and lines 261 through 263 the seller agrees to transfer the existing home warranty through fidelity to the buyer at close of escrow so please remove this i think thats it um shoot the revised agreement to me when you can and have a great day
