This tip applies to any PDF within your DocHub room, including signed forms. Simply hover over the form, click the checkbox on the top left, select multiple forms if needed, and click "create envelope." You can create the envelope in different ways, but Leah opts for the bulk action icon. This icon only appears after checking a document. Click "create envelope" on the top to complete the process.

To Download: Select the icon with the down arrow. You will get the option to download as separate PDFs or combined PDFs. Choose where you would like to download them to your computer.
A pre-filled tab is a tab whose value is set by the sender and inserted to a document prior to sending its envelope to its recipients. Click the action menu and select Save as Template. A new template appears, open for further editing. The template includes all the fields placed on the original documents and any data you entered, plus all field properties as they were set. Make any other edits as desired and click SAVE AND CLOSE.
