hi my name is dave andrews today im going to show you how to protect internet explorer to begin lets open up our internet explorer browser by clicking on the start button at the bottom and just selecting internet what were going to do is put a password on this so that in order to open the browser you have to first type in a password lets go to tools and select internet options and in the internet options screen that comes up we want to select the content tab under content advisor select enable now what its going to do is ask you to create a supervisor password all you have to do is type in the password that you want to be required in order for internet explorer to work click on ok if you dont enter a hint into this field its going to tell you strongly recommend strongly recommended that you enter a hint but we dont want to hint anybody what our password is so im just going to say no this has turned on the content advisor system press ok press ok again now lets close internet
