You can use these steps to save an email as a file in Microsoft Outlook: Open Microsoft Outlook. Double-click on the email you want to save. Go to the upper left corner of the screen, locate the File tab and click on it. Click on Save As. Go to the Folder pane when the Save As dialog box appears.
