Add New Patient Record Enter the first 23 letters of the patients name or date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) in the top navigation bar search box. If the patient does not appear in the auto-populated results, click the link to create a new patient record. The Create Patient page opens.
At the right side of the search bar, select list view Then, add the column Epic Link Click in Export Select Export Excel CSV (Current fields)
Once the patient is deactivated, they will no longer display as a result in the search bar. The patients chart will display (Inactive) next to the patients name to indicate the chart is deactivated.
