Simply create a PandaDoc account, start a free trial, upload the PDF you wish to convert into a form, and add fillable text fields, and electronic signature placeholders as needed. It's that easy!
Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them.
To copy, move, rename or delete a single document/template, hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses and choose an action from the dropdown.

You can add a custom header and footer to your PandaDoc Template or Document. To get started, simply double click the top of a Content Page. Once the Header section is activated blue helper text will appear letting you know that you are working within the Header section.

To delete a document, please, go to the Document list, then hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses, and select Move to trash from the dropdown.
You can customize the table of contents block as any text or table block in your template or document. Start by selecting the block, then select Properties on the floating panel, then go to Design on the right....Here you'll be able to customize: Row colors. Title typography. Subtitle typography.
