When using Quick Look on your Mac, click the Markup tool . Or when using Quick Actions, choose Markup. Markup is also available in various apps, such as Mail, Notes, TextEdit, and Photos.
Save to a different location on your computer If you want to save a file to a location on your computer other than the default folder, use Save as. On the File menu, click Save as, or press + Shift + S. If the dialog box does not show a folder or folders on your computer, click On My Mac.
Use the tools in the toolbar to mark up the PDF (or use the Touch Bar). Note: To save a PDF and allow annotations to be edited later, choose one of the following: File Save, File Export, or File Export to PDF.
Tip: To quickly save a file, press Ctrl+S.
Click anywhere in the document window to make it active, then choose File Save (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Enter a name in the Save As field, then enter one or more tags (optional).
Command-P: Print the current document. Command-S: Save the current document.
Take a screenshot of your signature. To do that, press and hold Shift, Command, and 4. Your screenshot will be saved automatically.
