In this tutorial, we explore how to manage contract email attachments using M-Files integrated with Microsoft Outlook. There are two main methods for adding attachments: First, with an email open, access the M-Files tab and click "Save attachments to M-Files." This opens a metadata card to tag properties and classify the contract as an external contract before creating it in M-Files. Second, use smart folders in the left-hand menu of Outlook.
