In this video tutorial, we learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. To do this, first, download docHub from its original website for free. To sign a document with a certificate-based digital signature, you need to obtain a digital ID containing information such as your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. Follow the steps to add or create a digital ID: click the edit menu, choose preferences, go to signatures, click more for identities and trusted certificates, select digital IDs, and click the add ID button. You can also add a digital ID file if you already have it from your organization. To create a new self-signed digital ID, type your name, department, organization name, and email address.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
