[Music] hey everyone and welcome to soto PDFs how to choose days this week were going to be covering how to set defaults insert a PDF first were gonna add an arrow to our document once thats done were gonna click on it while in edit mode and open up the properties while in the appearance tab you can proceed to make changes such as going from blue and making the arrow purple we can then click set as default and moving forward any arrow that we add to any future document will have that same purple color that weve just said at any time you can click on that arrow return to the properties and hit reset defaults and go back to the original settings in soda PDF the ability to set defaults exists across multiple features such as if we click on the insert tab we can open up the watermark feature we can add some sample text and when we hit set as default moving forward any watermark that we go to add will have that text in place and as always you can click reset default at any time to go

The signature block is a group of fields. The signature block field cannot be made optional and is always required. By default, the signature block contains both a signature field, and an e-mail field. Account Admins can adjust what fields are included in the signature block.
Placing Multiple Signatures Open a PDF that contains multiple signature fields. Right click the first signature field to be signed and choose the docHub with Visible Signature option. The docHub Document window will appear. Click Sign. Save the PDF enter the password for your Certificate/USB .
On the Prepare Form ribbon over the top of the document, click the icon for Add a digital signature field. Your mouse will turn into a light blue box for you to Left mouse click Drag a box Release. (This is where you want the digital signature in your file).
