in this next video I want to show you how to set up validations within the Nitro form so in some cases you might need to validate that theres an email address being entered into the form or you might need to verify that theres information being added to that filled in with certain conditions and Ill show you a couple of those options so when you select your column and Im going to use the alternate email column for this demo youll see that theres the permissions option which we talked about in a previous video and then theres also a validations option so this validations option allows you to set up a validation to say that this column requires an email format so lets go ahead and create a validation name Im gonna call it require email were gonna use a pattern and we have some predefined patterns here for email phone and a number you can set up your own custom column validations using this validation value field and you can see that you can use column internal names or placeho

Method 1. Right-click on a PDF file. Click on Open with Choose another app. A pop-up window will prompt you to choose your preferred software. Tick the Always use this app check box and click OK.
Choose Programs Make a file type always open in a specific program. If you dont see Programs, choose Default Programs Associate a file type or protocol with a program. In the Set Associations tool, select the file type you want to change the program for, then choose Change program.

Once scanned, Nitro Pro will automatically detect your scanned document, create a new PDF and prompt you to perform OCR to make it searchable and editable.
