To change these settings, go to Apple menu System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Storage on the right.
In the Terminal app on your Mac, choose Terminal Settings, then click Profiles. Do one of the following: Select the profile you want to export, click the Action pop-up menu , choose Export, enter a name for the file, then click Save.
Click the System Settings icon in the Dock or choose Apple menu System Settings. Click a setting. Settings are listed in the sidebar and may vary depending on your Mac and the apps youve installed. Change an option.
Click anywhere in the document window to make it active, then choose File Save (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Enter a name in the Save As field, then enter one or more tags (optional).
On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Battery in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Do any of the following: Click the pop-up menu next to Low Power Mode on the right, then choose Always, Only on Battery, or Only on Power Adapter.
Shift-Command-S: Display the Save As dialog, or duplicate the current document.
Use the Finder Preferences to Change the Default Folder Click the Finder icon and then press Cmd + Comma (,) to open the preferences. Under the General tab, click the dropdown menu below New Finder windows show. Select a recommended folder like Desktop, Documents, or iCloud Drive.
Save documents Save a document: In a document, choose File Save, enter a name, choose where to save the document (to show more locations, click the down arrow button ), then click Save. When you save your document, you can add tags to it so its easier to find later.
