To disable the Android privacy setting allowing unknown apps to be installed, go to Settings, then Apps. Tap on the three dots, select Special Access, then Unknown Apps. Toggle off any apps allowing installation of other apps through them, like Chrome.

Now as of Android Studio 4.2 Bata 1 on Windows You have to go to File - Manage IDE Settings - Export Setting to see the same window. If you cant find the File Import Settings menu, try accessing File - Manage IDE Settings - Export Setting .
Drag and drop Android Studio into the Applications folder, then launch Android Studio. Choose whether to import previous Android Studio settings, then click OK. Complete the Android Studio Setup Wizard, which includes downloading the Android SDK components that are required for development.
