in this video I want to show you how to save a sheet in excel as a PDF now this sheet Ive already done all of the page setup using page setup dialog box if I control p I can see exactly how it would print out in Excel if I save this as a PDF how it looks in Excel when I print it is what the PDF will look like so Ive set it up I dont want to do the long method for converting this to a PDF file export PDF PDF and then clip I want to see a faster method no problem the keyboard shortcut for save as is f12 and then you simply change the file extension to PDF thats it im gonna hit enter and boom I have my PDF right there so in Excel f12 change the file extension to PDF alright see you next trick
