If this option is not available, you can install a virtual printer like PDF 995 to convert any document, not just emails, into a PDF.

First, you should note that outlook cannot save files as PDFs by default since it is not an included export type. However, this lack of saving directly as PDF does not mean its not possible with some smart thinking. Exporting to PDF using the print-to-PDF tools: View your relevant email in microsoft outlook.
Click on the Trust Center Settings button. In the Trust Center window, select the Attachment Handling option on the left side. Under the Attachment and Document Previewers section, locate the entry for PDF files (extension .pdf) and make sure it is set to docHub Document or your preferred PDF viewer.
Take these steps to save an email as a PDF. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box. Name the file and choose the desired location on your computer. Select Save.
You can save a document as a PDF by clicking File | Print. An option for Print Preview will appear. Under Printer, change it from your computer printer, such as Epson, Canon or HP, to PDF. Click Print and it will save the file as a PDF on your computer.
To resolve this, Check and set your default printer, ensure PDF files arent corrupted or password-protected, update docHub Reader and printer drivers, consider attachment size for printing, try running Outlook in Safe Mode, and more to fix.
Save a message as a PDF file Open the message you want to save, and on the File tab, click Print. From the Printer drop-down, choose Microsoft Print to PDF. Choose Print. In the Save Print Output As box, choose a folder for your PDF and enter a file name. Then choose Save.
Click FILE Save, pick or browse to a folder, type a name for your document in the File name box, and click Save.
