The Save as docHub PDF option is not a built-in feature of Microsoft Office. It is usually added through the installation of docHub. Beware of Scammers posting Support Numbers here.
Step 1: Create a new document in a text editor. Step 2: Open an email, copy the content from it, and paste the content to the new document page. Step 3: Click File in the upper-left corner and choose Save as. Then select the downloading destination, name the PDF, and choose PDF in Save as type.
How to convert Gmail to a PDF. Open the desired email. Click on the printer icon to open the print dialog. Change the Destination selection to Print As PDF. Navigate to the desired location on your computer and click Save.
Exporting to PDF using the print-to-PDF tools: View your relevant email in microsoft outlook. Click on file. Click on print. Set your Save print output as box to PDF. Select a folder to save the PDF. Click save.
Double-click to open the message you want to save, and on the File menu, click Save As. In the Save as dialog box, in the Folder pane, choose a folder, and then the location in that selected folder where you want to save the file. In the File name box, type a name for the file.
To convert an email to a PDF, youll first need to navigate to the Print dialog box within the specific email you want to convert. The Print dialog box might be represented by a printer icon, or might be found under additional menu options. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
Technique 2. Convert MSG Files to PDF With Attachment by Using Print Option Locate the MSG folder and right-click on it. Then open the MSG file with Outlook. Now click on the file option and tap on the print option from the list. Click on the print option. Now choose Microsoft Print to PDF and tap Print.
