In today's video tutorial, we will be working with connecting Power domain to send documents for digital signature capture. The process will be divided into two parts. First, we will create a template to capture the recipient's signature using Power Automate to create envelopes. Once the document is signed, it will be stored in a SharePoint Library. An example using a vendor contract list in SharePoint is provided, where standard contracts need to be signed by the vendor's point of contact and then stored back in the SharePoint library.

Select Annotate PDF from the File menu and select your PDF file to be signed. Click the Image button in the toolbar (it looks like a silhouette of a person) or press Shift+Ctrl+I (that is I for Image). Click on document, and a file browser dialog will open. Select the image of your signature.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
Using a Cell Phone Sign a blank sheet of copy paper. Using the camera app on your phone, take a picture of the signature. It is recommended that you use the zoom functionality to minimize unnecessary white space. Email the photo to yourself. Save the file to a location where it will be easily accessible.
