In this video tutorial, the presenter explains how to save Microsoft Forms responses as PDFs and email them using Power Automate. The process starts with creating an instant flow in Power Automate, naming it appropriately. The flow triggers when a new form response is submitted, using the form ID of a feedback form. Next, the flow retrieves the response details, which require transforming the default object format into an array for processing. The presenter demonstrates how to create this array using an expression and emphasizes the importance of mapping the form values correctly, starting with the name value.
